Overview

Our refund and returns policy lasts 5 days from the date of delivery. If 5 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer a refund, return, or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received it. The product must also be in its original packaging with all seals intact.

Due to hygiene, health, and safety reasons, we do not accept returns of opened, used, or partially consumed Ayurvedic products unless the item was received damaged, defective, or incorrect.

To complete your return, we require a receipt, order number, or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Opened or used Ayurvedic oils, creams, and lep products
  • Gift cards
  • Promotional or free items
  • Products damaged due to misuse, improper storage, or mishandling by the customer

Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you via email or phone regarding the status of your refund request.

If your refund is approved, the refund amount will be processed and credited to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days. The exact time required for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank, payment provider, or credit card company.

Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrectly delivered product.

Himalaya Pehlwan reserves the right to reject refund requests if the returned product does not meet the eligibility requirements outlined in this Return & Refund Policy.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged during transit, or if the wrong product was delivered.

To request an exchange, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photographs of the product and packaging.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you may be eligible for a gift credit for the value of the returned item.

If the gift was not marked as a gift at the time of purchase, any refund will be issued to the original purchaser.

Shipping returns

To return your product, please contact our support team first for return instructions.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product received is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.
